Old stone, open air, and the whole place to yourselves
Set among vines and almond terraces a short walk from Xaló, the finca has been restored slowly and simply — thick stone walls, cool tiled floors, deep shade and a pool that catches the last of the evening light.
There is no reception desk and no other guests. You take the house, the gardens and the kitchen together, and we help arrange the parts that make it effortless: chefs, yoga teachers, guides, bikes, boats and long tables under the stars.

A working valley, not a resort
Xaló sits between the Bernia ridge and the sea: muscat vineyards, Saturday markets, village bakeries and mountain roads that riders travel from across Europe to climb. The Mediterranean beaches of Jávea and Moraira are half an hour away, Alicante airport around an hour.
